We will remember 2020 as a historic year. Brexit uncertainty and Covid-19 generated more issues than we ever imagined, and uncertainty requires better and faster decision making to respond quicker to the customer’s or business’s problem. If we don’t do it, it will generate much worse situations that are harder to resolve. It has never been more important to understand better and to be more efficient in development environments. During this real time, online training, you will get theoretical and practical knowledge on the Agile approach and principles, roles and ceremonies, thinking, foundation of the modern development process, digital/non-digital product development lifecycle, digital transformation in an Agile environment.
A good development team is much more than the sum of its members. Agile is a way to work in a collaborative environment, where you can add yourself into the whole picture but you also can learn, adapt and introduce new skills. Agile is simple but requires a different way of thinking when compared to the old project management like waterfall. Agile is a living and breathing environment.
